LOXLEY PURCHASES STAKE IN TWO FIRMS Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) reported that the company would purchase a total of 204,995 shares at Bt100 par totalling Bt20,499,500 in Hutchison Telecommunications (Thailand) Co Ltd, and a total of 894 shares at Bt100 par worth Bt89,400 in Loxley Pagephone Co Ltd. LOXLEY will purchase the shares from Ekepawee Co Ltd, which is a major shareholder in the two companies. Moreover, LOXLEY will purchase a total of 100 shares at Bt100 par worth Bt10,000 in Loxley Pagephone Co Ltd from Wasan Jatikawanich, who is the company's director. At present, LOXLEY is the major shareholder of the two companies, currently holding a 55% stake in Hutchison Telecommunication (Thailand) Co Ltd, an increase from a previously held 45% stake. LOXLEY also holds a 54.94% stake in Loxley Pagephone Co Ltd, up from earlier holdings of 45%.
