LOXLEY REPORTS INVESTMENT IN THANAKORN TRADING CO LOXLEY reported a resolution made by its board of directors at its Meeting on May 13, 1994 that the company would purchase a stake in Thanakorn Trading Co Ltd from Eakpavee Co Ltd. Details are as follows: Name of Company : Thanakorn Trading Co Ltd Type of Business : Consumers product distribution Registered Capital : Bt50 million divided into 50,000 shares at Bt1,000 par Investment : Bt25 million accounting for 25,000 shares at Bt1,000 per share, or 50% of Thanakorn's registered capital Seller : Eakpavee Co Ltd, which is related to LOXLEY by way of LOXLEY's committee, which holds a 11.46% stake of Ekapavee Co Ltd's registered capital The share purchase is a not a connected transaction because it falls within SET regulation item 9.
