Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) has clarified published reports which stated that the company has established another uplink station in the Thaisat project. The company says that it is waiting for the outcome of the Communication Authority of Thailand (CAT)'s consideration of the company's application before it is able to establish an uplink-downlink station. The company also conducted a feasibility study concerning three proposed projects with the Itochu group from Japan. The projects are for the establishment of a computer centre, the erection of a modern office building and the commencement of a high technology lottery project. The company insisted that it has not made any final decision over the projects as reported, and that it plans to negotiate with the group at the end of this year.
