Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) reported the change of the sale price of Unithai Oxide Plc (UO) shares which the company sold to Siripinyo Chemical Plc. The company previously reported that UO shares were to be sold at Bt194 apiece. Details appeared in the SET Daily dated October 18 and 20, 1994. Loxley said that the principle price of the shares at Bt173 apiece did not include the acquisition or sale cost of the UO shares, which will result in an increase of the share price to Bt187 apiece. At the company's board meeting on November 3, 1994, it was thus approved that the company change the sale price of UO shares from the previous price of Bt194 apiece to no less than Bt205 apiece.
