clarifies news on published reports

Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) clarified news concerning its joint investments
in foreign countries. LOXLEY said it had already informed the SET and
investors about its joint investments in beer and drinks production,
rental car services and the Huay Ho project in Laos.
LOXLEY said it plans to enter into the hotel business. But it has
not decided whether to jointly invest with any particular persons or on
the shareholding ratio. It said it has not made joint investments in the
Columbia International Airways (CIA) and Malaysian Airlines System (MAS)
as reported in the press.
If there is any progress on the above matters, LOXLEY will inform
the SET later.
