clarifies news on a published report

Loxley Plc (LOXLEY), in a clarification to the Stock Exchange of
Thailand (SET) today on a published report, said that its plans to invest
in foreign countries are still under study and that the company is now
negotiating some joint-venture agreements with various foreign companies
but no decision has yet been made.
LOXLEY made a clarification on a published report which said that
LOXLEY had plans to invest in England, United States and China in
telecommunications and energy business.
If there are any development, the company will immediately inform
the SET, said LOXLEY.
