ANNOUNCES RESULT OF 8TH CONVERSTION OF 2ND ECD ISSUEA

Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) notified the result of 8th ECD conversion held
during February, 1997, saying there was no holder attending the conversion
at all.
LOXLEYon April 4, 1996 had issued ECD worth US$105 million for the
second time overall offered to foreign investors with put option after
July 4, 1996 from then on.
