REPORTS NO HOLDER ATTENDING 24TH ECD CONVERSION

Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) announced there was no ECD holder turning up in
the 24th conversion held in Jun 1997.
Previously, LOXLEY, on Apr 20-May 20, 1995, issued Euro-Convertible
Debentures worth US$100 m totally offerred to foreigners with put option
and the conversion is set after Jul 20, 1995.
