EPORTS ON OUTLAY OF PROCEEDS FROM ECD ISSUE

Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) unveiled the outlay of proceeds gained from ECD
issueance and offering dated on Jun 30, 1997 as follows:
1.Some proceeds gained from issuing ECD I in Apr 1995 were spent and
Bt347 m still left which totally were spent on:
1.1 Investment in Thai Telephone & Telecommunication Plc
2.Some proceeds gained from issuing ECD II in Apr 1996 were spent and
Bt1.074 b left which were spent on:

2.2 Investment in cold-roll-steel-sheet and
coated-steel project with BHP Co LTd 90
2.3 Investment in subsidiaries, joint ventures
during Jan-Jun 1997 32
