Loxley Public Company Limited (the "Company") announces its audited financial
statement and consolidated financial statement as at 30 September 2001.
The Company has net profit result changed more than 20% compared with Q3/2000
caused mainly by the decreasing in exchange loss in the amount of Baht 883.74 million.
