Subject: Announce Issuance of new securities by a subsidiary

Loxley Business Information Technology Company Limited ("LoxBit")
a subsidiary of Loxley Pubic Company Limited (the "Company") reported that:
LoxBit would increase the LoxBit's registered capital from Baht
295,000,000 to Baht 347,059,000 by issuing 52,059 new ordinary shares at a par
value of Baht 1,000 per share. The Company would not exercise its right to subscribe
those newly issued shares. Siam Investment Funds II L.P. which has no connected
transaction with the Company would subscribe all newly issued shares. In addition,
LoxBit would change its name from Loxley Business Information Technology
Company Limited to LOXBIT Company Limited.
With respect to the justification and necessity to increase the registered
capital as earlier reported, LoxBit would improve financial strength and LoxBit's
competitiveness from new investor. The transaction will obviously benefit and
improve the economic value of LoxBit.
