Reference is made to the report of the Loxley Public Company Limited,
"the Company," on the resignation of Mr.Viroj Nualkhair from the Audit Committee
position. The Company's Board of Directors meeting No.7/2544 held on December 27,
2001 has approved to appoint Mr.Charoon Chinalai to be the Company's Audit
Committee effective from December 27, 2001 onwards.
