Loxley Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to report that following the
Company's increased of its registered capital from Baht 400 million to Baht 2,000 million by issuing 160
million new ordinary shares, the allocation of shares had been divided into 3 allotment as following:
Allotment No. 1 Increased by issuing 65 million new ordinary shares Received Baht 568.75 million
for sale to the Company's existing shareholders.
Allotment No. 2 Increased by issuing 10 million new ordinary shares Received Baht 87.5 million
for sale to the directors and employees of the Company.
Allotment No. 3 Increased by issuing 85 million new ordinary shares for
conversion of the ECDs.
Total Baht 656.25 million
The cash proceed from the capital increased, the Company has used funds as following details:
1. Debt repayment and interest expenses Baht 502.54 million
2. Retained for working capital Baht 98.24 million
Remaining funds Baht 55.47 million
