Tor.11/2545 July 11, 2002 Subject:Report on the Nationwide TV Broadcasting Efficiency Improvement Project To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Loxley Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to report that on July 11, 2002, the Company had entered into a contract agreement with the Public Relations Department supplying "Nationwide TV Broadcasting Efficiency Improvement Project." The duration of the project is one year after the contract signed. The scope of the project is as following: 1. To improve TV broadcasting efficiency on two stations of TV11 in Bangkok area; 2. To improve transmitter from VHF low band to UHF on four stations; 3. To improve TV broadcasting coverage area of UHF and VHF on 16 stations; 4. To improve TV broadcasting efficiency on 28 VHF stations nationwide. The amount price is Bt 820,365,988 (Eight hundred twenty million three hundred sixty five thousand nine hundred eighty eight Baht). The payment schedule for the project is as following: 1. Advance payment of 15% of the total contract within 30 days after the contract signed; 2. Payment of 60% of the total contract after equipments delivered; 3. Payment of 25% of the total contract after final acceptance. Please be notified accordingly.
