Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to submit its
audited financial statement and consolidated financial statement for the three-month
period ended March 31, 2003.
Net income of consolidated financial statement for the three-month period
ended March 31, 2003 is less than its financial statement for the same period in 2002
due to gain on disposal of investment in Houay Ho Power Company Limited in the
amount of Baht 169 million for the three-month period ended March 31, 2002.
