Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to submit its audited financial
statement and consolidated financial statement for the three-month period ended March 31, 2004.
The Company has an operating result changed more than 20% compared to the same period
at previous year because the shares of profit from investments in subsidiaries for using the equity method in
Year 2003 from merger of the Loxley Information Service Co., Ltd. and C.S. Communications Co., Ltd. is
in the amount of Baht 120 million.
