In reference to the petition of Jago Co., Ltd. ("Jago"), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Loxley Public Company Limited (the "Company"), to the Civil Court for its judgment to force
The Government Lottery Office to comply with the arbitral award, details of which were reported
to you, Jago reported progress of this matter to the Company as follows:
Today, the Court rendered its decision endorsing the arbitral award and forcing The
Government Lottery Office to make payment to Jago in the sum of Baht 2,508,593,718 together
with interest at the rate of 7.5% perannum on principal, commencing from January 4, 2000 until
the payment has been made.
Please be informed accordingly.
