Attachment: The amended financial statement ending December 31, 2003 and the 1st
Quarter of 2004 financial statements ending March 31, 2004.
In furtherance to the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") ordered Loxley
Public Company Limited ("the Company") to amend the financial statements ending as
of December 31, 2003 and the financial statements of the first quarter ending March 31,
2004 and submit to the SEC.
Attached please find the amend financial statements which already reflected account
adjustment entry to comply with the order from SEC. The restatement of the financial
statements has the effect of reducing the previously reported net profit for the year ended
December 31, 2003 by approximately Baht 67 Million (Baht 0.03 per share) and decrease
the total assets by approximately Baht 86 Million and Baht 67 Million which was equivalent
to 0.8 percent to total assets in the 2003 consolidated balance sheet and the Company's
balance sheet, respectively.
We would appreciate if you could consider the amended financial statements and lifted
all signs posted on "Loxley's" shares.
