Subject Notification of awarded contract to set up the Services
of the Lottery Games System

The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to
inform that the Government Lottery Office of Thailand had approved
Loxley GTECH Technology Company Limited, a subsidiary of the
Company, to set up the Services of the Lottery Games System.
According to bidding Term of Reference, the contract term is five
years started from the commercial launching date and able to renew
three terms for each one year period contract. The contract is estimated
to sign in April onward.
