The Company has an operating result changed more than 20% compared to the same period at previous year mainly caused by the sales of mobile phones which generally come from the retail sales and cost of consumer products increases as well as the declined portion of revenue from Information Technology and Projects group. Many projects are under work in processes and installations period. Furthermore, selling and administrative expenses increased due to re-organization's expenses in order to enhance its flexibility of businesses. The Company is confident that the re-organization would obtain a maximum benefits in the long term. Please be informed accordingly.
