Sales of investment in Loxley Global Co., Ltd to Striking (Thailand) Corporation as the following details: Transaction Date: 11 April 2006 Related Parties Buyer : Striking (Thailand) Corporation Seller : Loxley Public Company Limited Overall Transaction : Loxley Public Company Limited sells the common shares of wholly owned subsidiary, Loxley Global Co., Ltd to Striking (Thailand) Corporation in the portion of 49%.
