a Public Limited Company

Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to report
that Point Asia Dot Com (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. ("Point Asia"), a subsidiary
company of Loxbit Public Company Limited ("LOXBIT') which holds 79% of its
paid-up capital, converted its status to Public Company Limited and change its
name to Point Asia Public Company Limited.
For the time being, Point Asia's board of directors, shareholders and
share capital have no change. The share capital of Point Asia Public Company
Limited is Baht 44,570,000, divided into 4,457,000 ordinary shares with a par
value of Bath 10 per share. LOXBIT is the major shareholder, wholly owned 100%
of Point Asia's paid-up share capital.
