According to Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company")
issue and offer 1,921,030 Shares issued ordinary shares to Ekpavee
Co., Ltd. at Baht 1.71 pershare during May 4-15,2007. The Company
received the net amount of Baht 3,284,961.30.
The company would like inform that the above capital
increase has been used as the Company's working capital.
