Karnchang Public Company Limited by using the name CKLX Joint Venture, having the objective for operation of the construction project of the toll collection and traffic management systems for Kanchanapisek Road (Bang Pli-Suksawad) and Bangkok Outer Ring Road, Highway No.37, the Bang Pli-Bang Khun Thien Expressway (Suksawad-Bang Khun Thien), based on joint investment proportions as follows: 1. CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited 75 % 2. Loxley Public Company Limited 25 % In this respect, CKLX Joint Venture has signed an engagement contract of the construction project of the toll collection and traffic safety control systems for the Bang Pli - Suksawad Expressway and Highway No. 37, Bangkok Outer Ring Road (Bang Pli - Bang Khun Thien Expressway, Suksawad - Bang Khun Thien section) with the Expressway and Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand, which is considered an ordinary course of business on an arm's length basis. The details of work are as follows: Signing Date: September 27, 2007 Total Contract Value: Baht 2,618,400,000 (Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighteen Million Four Hundred housand Baht Only), inclusive of value added tax Duration: - Approximately 360 days for Phase 1 - Approximately 480 days for Phase 2 Please be informed accordingly.
