Tor.20/2550 November 13, 2007 Subject: Submission the Interim Financial Statements for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2007 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Attachment: The Company and consolidated financial statement for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2007 Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to submit its interim financial statements and review report of certified public accountant for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2007. The Company has an operating result changed more than 20% compared to the same period at previous year. In 2007 the Company has net profit in the amount of Baht 276.07 million compared to Baht 632.11 million in the same period in 2006 which included the extraordinary item from net gain on sales of investment of Loxley Global Co., Ltd. and others. However, the performance in 2007 before such extraordinary item is net profit Baht 221.92 million which is better compared to loss Baht (12.02) million from the last year.
