Please be informed that Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company")
has been carried out the registration of the decrease of the Company's
registered capital,with the Ministry of Commerce, as per the resolutions of
2008 Annual General Meetiing of Shareholders, held on April 29, 2008. Details
are as follows:
Decrease of the registered capital :
The Company registered the amendment of Memorandum of Association Article
no.4 to be in line with the decrease of the Company's registered capital,from
Baht 2,650,000,000 to Baht 2,000,000,000, with the Ministry of Commerce, on
May 30, 2008.
