Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to report on
the resolutions made at the Board of Directors meeting No.7/2552 held on 14
August 2009. The details of the resolutions are as follows:
1. To approve the Interim Financial Statements for the six-month
period ended 30 June 2009 which were reviewed by the Company's auditors.
2. To acknowledge the resignation of Dr. Wichian Watanakun from the
Company's director and member of the Audit Committee, effective henceforth.
The Company then consists of 16 directors.
