Attachment - The Company and consolidated financial statement for the three-
month period ended 31 March 2010.
Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to submit
the Company and consolidated financial statement for the three-month period
ended 31 March 2010.
The Company's operating result stated in the consolidated financial
statement for the three-month period changed more than 20% compared to the
same period at previous year. The main reason is from the share of profits
from investments in jointly controlled-entity and associates increased Baht
102.43 million.
