News Clarification on the Construction of the 3G Network Project

Clarification of News or Information
According to news stated that "On 29 April 2011, TOT Public Company Limited
("TOT") Board meeting had a resolution to approve TOT to proceed the awarding
of a Baht 15.99 billion contract to set up a nationwide 3G network project.
Therefore, the TOT management will be able to sign the contract with the SL
Consortium (comprising of Loxley Wireless Company Limited, a subsidiary which
Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") holds 99% of its shares, and
Samart Communication Services Company Limited) who won the electronic bidding
(e-auction) on 28 January 2011. The TOT management also expects to do within 2
weeks." Details as in the news.
The Company is now waiting for an official confirmation from TOT and expecting
to get awarded of the contract soonest. Once the contract being signed, the SL
Consortium will operate its work immediately.
