Notification of Signing of Contract for Construction of 3G Network Project

Loxley Public Company Limited (the "Company") was informed by Loxley Wireless
Company Limited, a 99% owned subsidiary of the Company, that "SL Consortium"
which has been formed between the Company's subsidiary and Samart Communication
Services Company Limited at the ratio of 35% and 65% respectively, was awarded
the Contract for Construction of the Third Generation of Mobile Telephone
Network Project (3G) with TOT Public Company Limited pursuant to the following
details:
Contract Signing Date: 9 May 2011
Name of Project : Construction of the Third Generation of Mobile Telephone
Network Project (3G)
Project Scope of Works: Comprising delivery, installation with warranty and
maintenance of main equipment being Core Network for 1 system, UMTS Terrestrial
Radio Access Network System (UTRAN) for 4,772 sites, Transport Network System,
Operation Support System (OSS) for 1 system, Value Added Service (VAS) for 1
System and Business Support System for 1 system.
Project Value: 15,999.5 Million Baht (Excluding VAT)
Revenue Recognition: According to investment proportion. Payment term is divided
into 5 installments according to progress of completed works.
Term of Contract: 360 days from the Contract effective date. The Contract will
be effective from the date TOT Public Company Limited signed loan agreements for
such project with financial institutions.
