Loxley Public Company Limited (the "Company") was informed by Loxley Wireless
Company Limited, a 99% owned subsidiary of the Company, that "The Consortium of
ITALIAN-THAI DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED AND LOXLEY" which has been
formed between the Company's subsidiary and Italian-Thai Development Public
Company Limited at the ratio of 93% and 7% respectively, was awarded the
contract for the Construction of CAT Submarine Network Project with CAT Telecom
Public Company Limited pursuant to the following details:
Contract Signing Date : 15 August 2011
Name of Project : The CAT Submarine Network Project
Project Scope of Works: Comprising of:
1. Land Works includes:
1.1 equipment, data communication equipment and land works services
1.2 fiber optic and ground installation
2. Marine Works includes:
2.1 equipment, data communication and platform service
2.2 procurement and installation of fiber optic, including underwater repeater
equipment
Project Value : 2,726 Million Baht (Excluding VAT)
Revenue Recognition : According to investment proportion. Payment term is
divided
Into 11
installments according to progress of completed works.
Term of Contract : within 420 days from the Contract signing date.
