Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) clarified a published report concerning its shareholding in the "Odyssey" project. LOXLEY said it has proposed to enter into the initial stages of a joint investment with TRW Ink of United States and Teleglobe Ink of Canada who are responsible for the project. LOXLEY submitted the proposal, including the shareholding ratio and proposed areas of service to the responsible companies for their approval. It expects to reach a joint investment decision by around May 1995. It will select a joint investment partner by the bidding process if there are many persons wishing to join the investment. LOXLEY also denied a published report regarding the proposed joint investment stating figures of 10% or Bt1.25 billion. This could have come from the media report.
