Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) informed the amendment of some part of the company's rule no.14 concerning the number of directors as previously stated in SET DAILY dated March 13, 1996. The details are as follows: The old rule: " The company has to haveat least 5 persons, but not over 19 persons." The amended rule: " The company has to have at least 5 persons, but not over 21 persons." The amended rule has already been approved by the Ministry of Commerce.
