Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) reported the use of proceeds gained from its E.C. D. offerring. The use of proceeds as of June 30, 1996 are as follows: 1. The company has used part of the proceeds gained from the E.C.D. Offering no.1 in April, 1995 of which Bt1,100 million was raised. The proceeds have been used as follows: 1. To invest in Stone Fiber Slate Production with CSR. Co.,Ltd. 103 million baht 2. To repay a loan 400 million baht 3. Proceeds to be used in the next project 597 million baht 2. The company has used proceeds worth Bt2,579 million gained from the E.C.D. offering no.2 since April, 1996 as follows: 1. To invest in Cold Rolled and Coated Steel Sheet with B.H.P. Co.,Ltd. 375 million baht 2. To invest in a subsidiary, affiliates from February - June, 1996 300 million baht 3. To invest in Loxley Pacific Co.,Ltd. 105 million baht 4. To pay for E.C.D. no.2 issuance expenses 85 million baht 5. Remaining proceeds to be used in other projects 1,714 million baht
