Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) reported on outlay of proceeds received from the issuance and offering European Convertible Debentures(ECD) ended December 31, 1996, as follows: 1.From the first ECD conversion held in April, 1995 it received proceeds equivalent to Bt597 million which it was spent as below projects: -To construct dam in Laos 250 million baht -Remaining to be spent on another projects 347 million baht 2.The proceeds received from the 2nd ECD conversion held in April, 1996 had been partially spent, the rest of them totalling to Bt1,714 million was spend on, as follows: -To investwith B.H.P. Co., Ltd. in cold-rolled-steel-sheet and coated-steel-sheet productions 90 million baht -To invest in foreign business 200 million baht -To invest in subsidiaries and joint ventures from July, 1996 until December, 1996 200 million baht -To be working capital 150 million baht -Ramaining to be spent on another projects 1,074 million baht
