Loxley Plc (LOXLEY) declared the result of the 22nd ECD conversion held in April 1997, saying there was no holder converting ECD into company's common shares at all. Formerly LOXLEY had issued ECD worth US$100 million totally offered to foreign investors on April 20 - May 20, 1995 with put option and the conversion available from July 20, 1995 ahead.
