Loxley Plc. (LOXLEY) reported the outcome of Euro Convertible Debuenture conversion , that no holder attended the 10th ECD conversion at all. Previously on April 4, 1996 it had issued the second Euro Convertible Debentures valued US$105 million wholly distributed to foreign investors with put option and the ECD holders were allowed to make the conversion after July 4, 1996 henceforth.
