Tor. 6/2542 February 26, 1999 Subject : Additional report on the preparation for the year 2000 problem Baab 57(Y2K)) Dear President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Loxley Public Company Limited ("Company") is a commercial trading company located at 102 Soonthornkosa Road, Klongtoey, Bangkok, Tel. 240-3000. The Company would like to report on the preparation for the year 2000 ("Y2K") problem as follows: The Information Systems Department had undergone, replaced, and converted the computer information system for the Company.In 1996,the Company has relocated its head office from Suapah Road, Pomprabsatrupai to, at present, Na ranong Road, Klongtoey. We had foreseen the coming problem of the Y2K. In fact, the Company had been used the latest computer technology for the main system such as accounting system, customers database and sale, human resource information, etc. More than 90% of the Company's system had been implemented and upgraded ever since. As a result, the main computer system in the Company is now complied with the Y2K. The replacement and conversion of database, program applications, and computer equipment has been intregated with the estimate cost at Baht one million.
