5.RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS A portion of sales of products and services, fees, other income, costs of sales and services and selling and administrative expenses are represented by transactions with their subsidiaries, associated and other related companies. These companies are related through common shareholdings and/or directorships. The accompanying interim financial statements reflect the effects of these transactions which arose in the ordinary course of business.
