Tor.24/2543 6 October 2000 RE : Clarification on Rumor TO : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As there has been rumor going around brokerage houses, the Company would like to clarify details as follows: The Company is under the negotiation for restructuring of its Euroconvertible Bonds indebtedness ECD 1 and ECD 2 under which there is no definition conclusion. Currently, there exists no decision nor definite plan on whether the Company will increase its capital. This depends on the result of such restructuring. The Company will inform you forthwith if there is any progress on the restructuring. Please be informed accordingly.
