Communication Co.,Ltd. in newspapers. Loxley Public Company Limited queried Point Asia Dot Com (Thailand) Ltd. whose 41% registered share capital is held by LoxBit Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company about such rumour. The Company was informed that such rumour is inaccurate. The fact is that Point Asia Dot Com (Thailand) Ltd. is, currently, at a preliminary stage to study whether a business co-operation between such two companies is feasible. The two companies have not entered into any contract or any form of business agreement. The Company shall notify you should there be any progress on the matter. Kindly noted that Point Asia Dot Com (Thailand) Ltd. owns 65% of the registered share capital in Loxley Information Services Co., Ltd. Please be informed accordingly.
