Tor. 14/2545 November 14, 2002 Subject Submission Loxley Public Company Limited's Q3 Financial Statements To President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Attachment One set of the Company's financial statement and consolidated financial statement for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2002 Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to submit its audited financial statement and consolidated financial statement for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2002. The Company had a consolidated net income before extraordinary items in the amount of Baht 245.24 million and net income in the amount of Baht 1,525.09 million for the nine-month period ended September 2002. However, the Company's operating result changed more than 20% compared to the same period at previous year. The Company realized gain from 1st debt restructuring in the amount of Baht 2,930.31 million in Year 2001 and realized additional gain from bonds redemption in the amount of Baht 1,279.85 million in Year 2002.
