"NR" sign posted against LOXLEY Following that the SET has posted the NP (Notice Pending) sign on the securities of LOXLEY Public company Limited (LOXLEY) from 18 June 2004 because the SET has been waiting for the company to submit the amendment of its financial statements for year 2003 and quater 1/2004 ending 31 December 2003 and 31 March 2004. The company has now submitted the amendment of its financial statements to the SET, according to the instruction from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), for disseminating to investors, therefore, the SET has posted the "NR" (Notice Received) sign on LOXLEY's securities on 5 August 2004 onward. e:\by set\E_nr_lox
