Tor.22/2550 November 22, 2007 Subject: Notification on the completion of the share repurchase project of a subsidiary company To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to Loxbit Public Company Limited "Loxbit", a subsidiary company of the Company, held the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on August 28, 2007 approved on the Share Repurchase Project for financial management purpose. The Project was set maximum share repurchase amount of Baht 58.59 million with the number of shares repurchased not more than 37,000,000 shares, equal to 9.86% of total of paid-up capital. The Company was informed by "Loxbit" on November 21, 2007 that the share repurchase was completed as the below details: Shareholders number of amount per share total repurchased shares (Baht/share) amount Siam Investment Fund 2 L.P 24,017,244 1.58 38,028,252 Mitsui & Co., Ltd. 10,386,297 1.58 16,445,380 Mitsui & Co. (Thailand), Ltd. 2,596,459 1.58 4,111,162 37,000,000 58,584,794 The total share repurchased was 37,000,000 shares or 9.86% of total of paid-up capital with total amount of Baht 58,584,794 achieving the maximum amount of the Project approved in the "Loxbit" Extraordinary General Shareholders meeting. According to the relevant regulations, the resale of the shares to investors and/or public should be commenced 6 months after completion of the shares repurchased or during the period of March 27,2008 to March 27, 2011.
