Tor 23/2550 December 19, 2007 Subject: Notification of Loan from Bangkok Bank Public Co.,Ltd. To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Due to the Company's request for loan from Bangkok Bank Public Co., Ltd., the loan amount Baht 1,000 million was approved to the Company. Therefore, the Company's Board of Directors resolved to borrow the loan from Bangkok Bank Public Co., Ltd. for the amount of Baht 1,000 million for the purpose of repayment of the Thai currency debenture due in year 2007 and 2008. The loan period is 4 years with following repayment conditions: 1st installment, to repay principle for the amount of Baht 50 million / 2nd and 3rd installment, to repay principle for the amount of Baht 100 million for each tranche / 4th installment, to repay principle for the amount of Baht 750 million. The first installment is due on the 12th month from the date of first loan withdrawal and next installments are due every 12 months. The repayments will be done in the last date of the month. The last installment clearing all remaining debt will be done within October 31, 2011. Please be informed accordingly.
