Tor 4/2551 March 3, 2008 Subject: Additional Notification of Amendment of the Company's Articles of Association To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference: Loxley Public Company Limited 's Letter Tor.1/2551 dated February 29,2008 According to the reference, Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") disclosed the resolution of the Board of Directors subject amendment of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the retained deficit compensation. The details were described in the mentioned reference. The Company would like to additionally inform that the reason of such Articles of Association amendment was that the Company considered that its current Articles of Association shall be adjusted in order to correspond with the Public Limited Company Act, the amendment, (No.2) B.E. 2544. This is to support transactions which the Company's shareholders have legitimate right and to maintain benefits of shareholders and the Company. In addition,the Company will consider to further request for amendment of other statutes which give rights to shareholder and be beneficial to the Company's shareholders.
